What's BMC (Bulk Molding Compound)
BMC is made of thermosetting resin "Desaturated Polyester", which is capable for injection molding.
BMC's prominent characteristics
- Accuracy of dimension is excellent.
- Molding coefficient of expansion is almost zero.
- Coefficient of linear expansion is small.
- Dimension stability is good in environment of high temperature and high humidity.
- Heat distortion temperature is over 200degC.
